Benefits of Preschool Dance
In a day where active play is continually decreasing while passive play with electronics is on the rise, activities like dance are more important than ever. At NHAD, our preschoolers develop their gross and fine motor skills while engaging in imaginative and creative activities that improve their social skills and nurture individual thinking. Pattern recognition, self confidence, coordination and musical/rhythmical knowledge are just a few of the many things our preschool parents appreciate their dancers learning. Dance classes have proven to improve physical development, emotional maturity, social development and cognitive ability.

Dance is about more than just steps (but, of course there are plenty of those, too!).
